Who is this for?
Owners of Houston-area roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling and home-service businesses who lose time to quotes, follow-ups, scheduling and invoicing.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. We start with the email and office tools you already use. If a fix needs software you don’t have, it’s bought in your name, and you’ll know the cost before you commit. We never resell software.
Will AI send messages to my customers on its own?
No. Nothing reaches a customer without your OK. Every message is a draft that you or your office review and send.
What happens to my business information?
We sign an NDA and a written data agreement with you before we start, and your accounts stay yours.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Examples show the kind of work we do, not promised results. In the audit we record your actual hours first, so any improvement is measured against your own numbers.
Where and when do sessions happen?
At your shop, within about 45 minutes of central Houston, or by video. Sessions are in English, with evening and weekend times available. On-site visits add mileage.
